Tas VPN1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TASVPN website, applications, VPN network, member portal, subscriptions and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading or using TASVPN software, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TASVPN.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a TASVPN account. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
3. TASVPN Service
TASVPN provides virtual private network services designed to improve the privacy and security of internet connections. When connected, supported traffic is routed through TASVPN VPN infrastructure and websites may see the public IP address of a TASVPN VPN endpoint rather than your normal public IP address.
No VPN can guarantee complete anonymity, security, availability or protection against every online threat.
4. Account
You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and devices, except to the extent caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control. Notify TASVPN promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Personal Use
Consumer TASVPN subscriptions are licensed to one individual. Account sharing outside the applicable plan is prohibited. Family and Business plans, when available, may have different conditions and may be governed by separate terms.

7. Trial
Eligible customers receive a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required for the current free trial. TASVPN may take reasonable measures to prevent repeated or fraudulent use of free trials.
8. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions provide access for the subscription period selected during checkout. The applicable price, billing period, device limit and material subscription conditions will be displayed before purchase.
9. Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled. Before purchase, TASVPN will clearly display the recurring nature of the subscription, price and billing frequency. Customers may disable renewal through the TASVPN member portal. TASVPN will not intentionally make cancellation materially more difficult than subscription.
10. Cancellation
Customers may cancel through the TASVPN member portal. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal and does not by itself refund a payment. Unless otherwise required by law or covered by the money-back guarantee in Section 11, cancelling does not immediately terminate an already-paid subscription; service continues until the end of the applicable paid period. Deleting the application does not cancel a subscription.
11. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee
Money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with TASVPN for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first paid subscription purchase within 14 days of that payment. Ask through a support ticket in the member portal or by email to [email protected]; no reason is required. When a refund is granted, the subscription ends and access to paid features stops immediately.
The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment only. Renewal payments and later purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. The free trial is not a purchase and is not covered by the guarantee. This section does not affect mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other statutory rights that apply in a customer's jurisdiction.
12. Payments
TASVPN currently uses Stripe to process website subscription payments. TASVPN does not store complete payment-card numbers or CVV/security codes. Payment processing may be subject to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.
13. Unlimited Bandwidth
Current consumer plans do not impose hard VPN bandwidth caps. Unlimited bandwidth does not authorize abusive, illegal or infrastructure-disruptive activity.
14. P2P
TASVPN permits peer-to-peer and BitTorrent traffic, provided the activity complies with applicable law and the TASVPN Acceptable Use Policy. TASVPN does not authorize copyright infringement.
15. VPN Locations
Locations may be added, removed, replaced, temporarily disabled or placed into maintenance. TASVPN does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific country, city, server, provider or IP address.
16. Performance
Performance depends on factors outside TASVPN’s control, including ISP, device, physical location, mobile carrier, network congestion, internet routing and destination services. TASVPN therefore does not guarantee a particular speed or latency.
17. Streaming and Third-Party Services
TASVPN does not guarantee that any particular streaming service, website, application, game or geographically restricted service will be accessible through a particular VPN location. Third parties may independently restrict VPN connections.
18. Privacy
Use of TASVPN is also governed by the TASVPN Privacy Policy. TASVPN does not log customers' browsing history, websites visited, DNS query history, destination IP history or traffic contents. Limited connection metadata is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Acceptable Use
Customers must comply with the TASVPN Acceptable Use Policy. TASVPN may investigate credible security or abuse reports and may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customers, infrastructure providers or others.
20. Software License
TAS Group LLC grants subscribers a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TASVPN software in accordance with these Terms. TASVPN software and branding remain the property of TAS Group LLC and/or applicable licensors.
21. Updates
TASVPN may provide security updates, bug fixes and functionality changes. Older versions may cease to be supported where necessary for security, compatibility or operational reasons.
22. Service Availability
TASVPN aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, internet failures, hosting-provider incidents, attacks, security incidents and circumstances outside TASVPN's reasonable control may affect availability.
23. Termination
TASVPN may suspend or terminate an account for material violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, security threats, attacks against TASVPN infrastructure or where required by law. Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, TASVPN may provide notice before termination.
24. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TASVPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TASVPN does not warrant complete anonymity, uninterrupted availability, access to particular third-party services, specific speeds or elimination of all cybersecurity risks.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAS Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of TASVPN. To the extent legally permitted, aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to TASVPN during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
26. Local Law
Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to them. Availability of TASVPN in a country does not represent that every use of VPN technology is lawful in that jurisdiction.
27. Legal Requests
TASVPN reviews legal requests for validity and responds only where legally required. TASVPN may challenge requests reasonably considered invalid or overbroad. TASVPN cannot provide information it does not possess.
28. Governing Law
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
29. Changes
TASVPN may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
