TASVPN currently provides eligible users with a 7-day free trial requiring no payment card. Trial accounts support one device.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing period selected during checkout. Pricing and renewal information must be displayed before purchase.
3. Device Limits
Trial: 1 device. Basic: 3 devices. Premium: 5 devices.
4. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, an eligible paid subscription may renew automatically for the applicable billing period. TASVPN will present the recurring nature of the subscription and billing frequency before purchase.
5. Cancellation
Customers may cancel automatic renewal directly through the member portal. Cancellation takes effect for future renewal. Access ordinarily remains available until the end of the paid subscription period.
6. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee
TASVPN offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of that payment through a support ticket in the member portal or by email to [email protected]. No reason is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is granted, the subscription ends and paid access stops immediately.
The guarantee covers one payment per customer: the first. Renewal payments and later purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law, where TASVPN expressly agrees otherwise, or where another mandatory statutory right applies. The free trial is not a purchase and is not covered.
7. Failed Payments
If renewal payment fails, TASVPN may retry payment and/or suspend paid service after an appropriate grace period according to the subscription system.
8. Payment Processor
Website payments are currently processed by Stripe. TASVPN does not store complete card numbers or CVV/security codes.
9. Future App Stores
If subscriptions are later offered through Apple, Google or another marketplace, marketplace purchases may be governed by the applicable marketplace's billing, cancellation and refund mechanisms.
